  NRCS is processing Workman’s Compensation claims through contractor T&T Management Inc. Please visit T&T’s website to make a claim or get information. Supervisors can obtain required injury forms from this site. Employees can make a claim: 

  1. Type directly on the Electronic CA-1, Federal Employee’s Notice of Traumatic Injury and claim for continuation of pay/compensation,  OR CA-2, Notice of Occupational Disease can claim for compensation, form.
  2. Print and sign form.
  3. Obtain supervisor’s signature.
  4. FAX the forms to Elaine Adkins, State OWCP Manager at 706-546-2026.
