Farm Pond Exemption Field Level Agreement

In October of 2006, the Savannah District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Natural Resources Conservation Service in Georgia entered a field level agreement exempting certain farm ponds from the Clean Water Act (Section 404) permitting process.  More information about the exemption can be found in the agreement, guide, and information paper.
